Hello Linda! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection with you of the bottom of the back door where you said you see the ants. I applied ant gel bait to the cracks and crevices of the back door and place granular in the corners of both side of the door where I seen ant trails. I place an ant bait arena in your daughter’s room where you said y’all see the ants sometimes too. I also performed another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. I placed down four termination monitors on the four corners of your house. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for ants and all general pests. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke to the customer he said they have no issues inside the house just been seeing crickets on the exterior. I put down a granular around the perimeter of your home which will help eliminate any cricket activity. I then applied a liquid residual application around all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your Premium pest control quarterly service. You reported no concerns at this time but wanted recommendations on exterior cleanup. I treated the interior, including attic for general insect control with a liquid residual. I maintained the exterior rodent stations. They had minimal activity at best. I replaced the bait in all stations. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I visually inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home and shed with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects. I advised that cleaning up the leaves Ivy and some of the bushes would help aid in controlling pests. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Hello, sorry I missed you today! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. During my inspection, I found no activity to front left exterior bait station. I found very minor activity to exterior bait station to back right of home. I removed and refreshed bait to exterior bait stations. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole.
